Junior worked his way from Installing Christmas Tents to becoming a Project Manager for a construction company in South Florida, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move. Junior was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what he did. And he worked hard. As a child, Junior had aspirations of being an Architect. Never in a million years did he think he'd stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. When Junior got into the real estate industry 16 years ago, he felt the need to do more than just become a project manager. He set out to attend various conferences to learn about the Real Estate business and most importantly to use his knowledge to help his clients to buy or sell Real Estate. As his career advanced, Junior found his stride working with Sellers, Buyers and Investors from condos to multi-Family properties. He is an expert in Palm Beach County with specific areas like Wellington, West Palm Beach, Royal Palm Beach, Boynton Beach, Jupiter, Loxahatchee, Lake Worth and all its surrounding areas. He is a Real Estate Broker and also a licensed Property Manager for his own management company, JJ&C Properties.
